Course Curriculum :
It's competitive yet could have discipline within your interest and choose your concentration for it. With all the options available it has a good combinational or gives you the choice of creating your own major from the Gallatin school of arts.
Exams :
GRE & IELTS among with supportive documentation which was a big decider and got me admission with them.
Placement :
There are many career fairs however it's best to apply on your own. There isn't much help from the faculty, not too sure about the career centre services as they are not the definitive rather more generalized approach of awareness information.
Internship :
For Undergrad and Grad, it does not however it has an option for being an RA or TA, for PhD students it does with a stipend varying from 3000 to 5000 on the department and kind of contribution in the field of chosen study.
Events :
They mostly do here and there, but for the clubs, they celebrate/conduct various events like a religious group to a robotics club each has its own events some ranging from 800 people to 5 people within a group.
Fees :
For a graduate school, it ranges from 2800 per credit, with usually 3 credits per course and 30 credits for a semester. So you really have to consider your options with the scholarships from 2000 to full scholarships.
Scholarship :
No, the financial scholarships haven't been availed with the university.
Examination Structure :
It keeps you on your toes especially for your fall season since it runs fast and has got mid-terms and a final, often from all your assignments and projects, so one has to be ready for the daily hustle.
Faculty :
Most of them are friendly and good for the graduate courses it may vary, due to higher expectations of self-preparation and contribution but it helps you grow.
Hostel :
Off-campus is much better since the commute is the same, however for your initial semester you would want to stay close to campus. Off-campus is a cheaper option with same commute timings from Brooklyn.
