Axol Science Scholarship is a merit-based scholarship program designed for students planning to pursue higher education in the field of life sciences. Axol Science scholarship is awarded on a merit basis to the exceptionally talented students
The scholarship is valid for students pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in any life sciences.
Axol Science Scholarship recipients get a one-time payment of 2000 USD for the payment of their tuition fees.
Along with a scholarship application form, applicants have to also submit an original 1000+ word article/essay on life sciences.

Criterio de elegibilidad

While there are no restrictions in terms of nationality, there are a few requirements that students need to fulfill for Axol Science Scholarship:

Secure admission in a UG or PG degree program in the field of life science.
Only applicable for life science field with ‘wet-lab’ component that is bench-based research such as molecular or cell biology.

Proceso de solicitud

A separate application is needed for the scholarship program. To apply, interested students must go to Axol’s official website and complete the application form. In addition to the form, applicants must submit the following documents while making an application for the Axol Science scholarship:

CV or resume
Proof of identity
Written documents of confirmation for Admission or acceptance from a recognized university
- in a life sciences-related degree program
UG program transcripts, certificates (for graduate students)
High school transcripts (undergraduate students)
Original Essay or article in 1000+ words on
- Topical Life science subject, e.g., “ The future application of stem cell technologies in neuroscience research”.

The selection process for Axol Science Scholarship is based on 2 evaluating factors, each holding 50% weightage. These are:

Academic Performance and Achievements: The applicants must demonstrate exceptional academic potential in the field of life sciences in order to gain the benefit of the scholarship.
Essay/Research paper: Students must ensure that the paper they are submitting must be original and not plagiarised. Furthermore, it should convey their in-depth understanding of life sciences and research.
