UEL Alumni Discount

The University of East London helps its students pursue Postgraduation with fee waivers. This discount is given to UK, EU and International Students studying full-time courses at the University of East London. It provides a 15 % discount on tuition fees if the student directly takes admission to the PG program without a gap year.

Students who have taken a gap year will get a discount of 10 % in their tuition fees.
No external Application is required for UEL Alumni Discount.
Students will be evaluated on admission applications only.

Students who undertake courses taken through Distance Learning or Courses with less than 120 Credits are not eligible for UEL Alumni Discount.

Criterio de elegibilidad

Students who fulfill the eligibility requirements listed below will be eligible for UEL Alumni Discount:

Students must pursue a degree in any PG-level program at UEL, including
- Postgraduate Degree
- Professional Doctorate
- Postgraduate Research Students
Completion of UG degree from the University of East London.
Must be from UEL or its predecessor institutions such as Polytechnique of East London.
PGCE Students will be given the Alumni Discount if they will eventually pursue an MA or MSc Program.
Following courses are not included as in UEL Alumni Discount:
- Distance Learning courses
- Post Compulsory Education and Training Courses
- Short Courses
- Courses that have less than 120 credits.
- PG Cert Programmes
- Top-Up Courses

Proceso de solicitud

No external application needed for UEL Alumni Discount. When a student applies for admission to a postgraduate program he/she will automatically be considered for Alumni Discount if they have completed their undergraduate studies from UEL.

Proceso de selección

The selection process will be entirely based on admission application for PG programs at UEL.

Also, a student’s academic performance of the UG program completed at UEL will be taken into consideration.

Detalles de la subvención

Students who wish to study in the UK and continue their postgraduate studies from UEL are eligible for the scholarship. UEL Alumni Discount offers a scholarship of 10-15% tuition fee reduction.

The tuition fee discount will be given for the normal duration of the program.
It will not be extended if a student is repeating modules.

If a student breaks University Rules and Regulations and is instigated the discount will also be withdrawn.
