Cambridge Khattar Harrison Scholarship

Cambridge Khattar Harrison Scholarship is designed for only female students who demonstrate a keen interest in an interdisciplinary field and need financial support. Female candidates whose family income is below 85000 GBP, and have been accepted to study their UG degree at St. John's College, University of Cambridge.

  • The selected students will receive a scholarship of up to 5000 GBP for the entire duration of the study.
  • Applicants must submit a personal statement for applying for the scholarship.
  • Applications will be evaluated case-by-case based on academic merit and financial status.

Shortlisted candidates will be required to attend an interview, either in person or via Skype. Recipients will be notified through email about the outcome.

To secure Cambridge Khattar Harrison Scholarship, applicants must meet the eligibility criteria mentioned below:

  • Applicants must a female student.
  • Must have applied for any UG program offered by St.John College of University of Cambridge.
  • Offered a place to study at St.John College for the chosen program.
  • Must demonstrate outstanding passion regarding their intended course of study.
  • Must have a family income of less than 85,000 GBP

Proceso de solicitud

The female student must meet admission requirements at the University of Cambridge to apply for Cambridge Khattar Harrison Scholarship.

Once the offer letter is received, students must write a personal statement about their interest in the interdisciplinary field and how they would approach it.

Since the scholarships available are limited in number, students are advised to apply early or as soon as they have received their offer letter. The applications close in the month of July.


Proceso de selección

Recipient of the Cambridge Khattar Harrison Scholarship is evaluated on the basis of the following factors:

  • The overall strength of the applicants’ application and references
  • Personal statement
  • Previous academic records
  • Financial need

On the basis of these factors, students are short-listed and then they will be called for an interview.

These interviews are generally held in London, but for EU and international students, interviews can be held via Skype.

All the students who will be selected will be notified about the results via email.
