TCD Global Excellence Postgraduate Scholarships

TCD Global Excellence Postgraduate Scholarships is an award available for international students outside of the EU awarded by Trinity College Dublin. The scholarship is awarded to students who want to study in Ireland.

Available to non-EU tuition-paying students enrolled in a full-time postgraduate program at TCD.
Applications are available for the September 2020 intake.
An award amount between 3,000 EUR to 5,000 EUR is provided.
Awarded against a reduction in tuition fees for the first year of study only.

Criterio de elegibilidad

To qualify for the TCD Global Excellence Postgraduate Scholarships, students must have an academic, extracurricular and volunteering record. Applicants are required to fulfill the eligibility criteria to be eligible for the scholarship. Applicant must:

be an international applicant.
have received a conditional or firm admission offer in a full-time postgraduate program at Trinity College Dublin.

Scholarship applicants must make sure to complete their admission application on time and then submit the scholarship application with the Regional Officer.

Proceso de solicitud

To apply to the TCD Global Excellence Postgraduate Scholarships, non-EU students must complete their admissions at the Trinity College Dublin. They will require a separate scholarship application to be submitted. Applicants must:

Email scholarship application to the Regional Officer
- Subject line for the email must be- Applicant’s Name + Trinity application ID + Global Excellence Postgraduate Scholarship
Submit the following documents-
- Trinity Offer Letter
- 200-word statement on “How I will contribute to our Trinity College Dublin community.”
- CV/ Resume
An acknowledgment receipt of the scholarship request will be provided
Regional Officer will inform the candidate about the selection
Applicants must formally accept the scholarship as suggested by the Regional Officer.

Applicants must ensure that all the supplemental documents must include their name and Trinity Application ID. Additionally, the scholarship statement submitted must be submitted as a Microsoft word document or a PDF. Applications received after 15th June 2023 will be assessed on a rolling basis depending on budget availability.
