I transferred because the US is currently in a very bad state and not looking too bright for employment when I graduate.
Course Curriculum :
Very good and heavily STEM-related. Having industrial exposure is part of the curriculum and forces you to have professional work experience.
Exams :
Since I applied for transfer to University of Sydney, I had to submit my previous courses taken from Boston University. It was a very streamlined and simple process with only one statement of purpose required. They did not ask me why I wanted to do engineering, but I had to get in touch with an educational agency to act as an intermediary between me and The University of Sydney. Having an educational agent as a liaison between applicants and Australian universities is extremely useful and almost necessary.
Placement :
It has excellent professional development and encourages students to network and improve themselves academically. Professors are willing to accommodate students and give them research experience.
Events :
Since I am online, I cannot say much.
Fees :
50000 AUD
Scholarship :
No
Faculty :
Student to Faculty ratio is around 10. The faculty and staff are very friendly and passionate in what they do as far as what I experienced.
Hostel :
I am currently online. However, it is very easy to find off-campus accommodation using Facebook pages.
